Why don’t you publish exact prices yet?

We are validating send volumes and customer-profile costs with founding customers before publishing a fixed model. That way pricing reflects real value rather than an arbitrary guess. During this period we offer Early Access and Founding Customer pricing, and contract pricing for Platform.

Do I pay extra for every ecosystem connection?

No. Compass does not charge separately for every ecosystem product you connect. Surveys, VendorStreet, and future applications make your data more valuable — connecting them is part of how the platform is meant to work, not a per-connection upcharge.

What does a plan actually map to?
